Colliers International approached us to help them facilitate their merge with local residential agency hoamz, and promote a unified entity to the market.
Through this, we developed a brand essence and mission statement, that aptly summed up the two brands core values as they progressed into the Otago residential real estate industry together. Through company research, market analysis and many hours of deliberation, we settled on "Be Connected", as the company works to be connected in the community, to the land and to the world. From this, we established that their purpose and mission for everything they did was "to combine knowledge and expertise to enrich our community."
This helped us establish all communication, marketing plans and brand developments, simplifying the messaging to create an overall successful campaign and ongoing direction for Colliers International.
In order to conceptualise their merge internally to their staff, we created a bespoke bar of chocolate crafted with Central Otago Pinot Noir and premium, international cocoa beans. This symbolised the two entities, coming together (and also gave the staff something delicious to welcome them into the new office).
From here we went on to create press ads that summed up their messaging and promoted their merge and move into the residential market in Otago.
